ABOUT YNG LVCAS:

Daniel Oswaldo Donlucas Martínez, professionally known as Yng Lvcas, is a Mexican singer and songwriter who has gained international recognition for his standout song “La Bebé.” The nickname “Yng” is an abbreviated form of “Young,” while “Lvcas” resonates with his paternal lineage, Donlucas.

Yng Lvcas’ musical journey took off in early 2020 when he ventured into the genres of trap and reggaeton. In September 2021, he released his first project, *Wup? Mixtape1*, created without the formal backing of a major production. He later presented his second album, *LPM*, which included the bold single “La Bebé,” propelling him into public awareness and recognition. “La Bebé (Remix)” garnered 418 million views on YouTube in just three months after its release and reached the top spot on the Global Top Songs chart. His new EP, *Six Jewels 23*, became the third regional Mexican album to debut on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums, hitting the fifth spot on the chart for the second time. His catalog now includes major collaborations with renowned artists such as Justin Quiles, Maldy, and Jowel & Randy, among others.

The artist has secured the #1 spot on U.S. radio in the Latin Airplay and Latin Rhythm charts and has been nominated for major awards such as the MTV VMAs, Latin Billboard Awards, and Premios Juventud. He also won “Remix of the Year” at the Premios Tu Música Urbano in Puerto Rico. Currently, he is one of the first Latin American artists to reach Spotify’s “Billion Club” by achieving 1 billion streams for “La Bebé (Remix)” on the platform.
