ALEJANDRO FERNÁNDEZ PRESENTS “UN MILLÓN DE PRIMAVERAS”

More than just a tribute, ‘De Rey a Rey’ represents the musical evolution of Alejandro Fernández, solidifying his place as one of the leading figures in the genre. His versatility has allowed him to master both pop and Regional Mexican charts and has led him to collaborate with more than 35 international artists, including Maná, Juan Gabriel, Julio Iglesias, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Plácido Domingo, Rod Stewart, and Alejandro Sanz.

With over 30 years of musical success, Alejandro is the first artist to achieve #1 album sales in four consecutive decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s). He continues to dominate the digital space with 900 million streams annually on Spotify, a spot in Pandora’s Billionaires Program, and over 8 billion YouTube views, cementing his global reach and enduring popularity.

Alejandro is a 4x Latin GRAMMY winner, receiving his most recent Grammy for “Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album” for ‘Te Llevo en la Sangre,’  during the 2024 ceremony.  He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, holds a spot on Billboard’s Hall of Fame, and received the “Icon Award” at the Latin AMAS, among many other accolades. Last week he received the “Excellence Award” at the Premios Soberano in the Dominican Republic, a recognition of his tireless artistic work and contribution to Latin music.

Beyond his music, Alejandro has a long-standing commitment to charitable work. In 2020, he dedicated his Latin GRAMMY win to the victims of southern Mexico’s hurricanes and donated 1,000,000 MXN to the Mexican Red Cross. In 2023, he partnered with Teletón México to support those affected by Hurricane Otis in Acapulco. That same year, the U.S. Congress honored Alejandro for his four decades of contributions to Mexican music and Latin culture, highlighting his humanitarian efforts.

Over his extensive 30-year career, Alejandro has performed in 18 countries across North America, South America, and Europe. In 2003, he kicked off the annual Fiestas Patriastradition in Las Vegas and is currently the solo artist with the most sales in the city’s history, marking 22 consecutive years of performances. In his home country of Mexico, he broke the record at the famous Plaza de Toros La México, being the first and only artist to sell out four concerts with over 160,000 attendees in total. Additionally, Alejandro has graced the prestigious Viña del Mar Festival four times (2001, 2006, 2015, and 2023).
