Miami, FL (November 7, 2025) – Ximena Sariñana unveiled ‘Existencia Kamikaze,’ one of her most ambitious albums to date. The project brings together the tracks released on her EPs Ojos Diamante (September 26, 2024), Rompe (April 24, 2025), and Las Cosas Simples(October 2, 2025), and introduces six brand-new songs, including the single “Temes.”
This record reflects an incredibly prolific chapter in the singer-songwriter’s life—one in which she fell in love with music again, reconnected with herself, and reunited creatively with her closest collaborators.
The title of both this album and Ximena Sariñana’s current tour was inspired by a phrase from volcanologist Maurice Krafft, who chose to live beside the beauty of a volcano, even if it meant a “kamikaze existence.” Ximena interprets this as a perfect metaphor for choosing to feel and experience everything fully, always guided by intuition, truth, and freedom.
Because of this, the songs explore themes of self-affirmation after a period of seismic movement—after an explosion and the process of emerging from the rubble. Sonically, the album mirrors these three stages of a volcanic life: Pop and Electronic elements, Rock, and Americana/Folk influences woven together to tell this story.
Existencia Kamikaze arrives led by “Temes,” a song about how the fear of everything falling apart can keep you from enjoying life. Ximena Sariñana wrote the track alongside Leonel García, with production by Juan Pablo Vega at Desierto Casa Estudio.
This striking album lands just days before Ximena Sariñana takes the stage at Teatro Metropólitan on November 14, where she will present this new body of work for the first time—followed by a performance at Monterrey’s Showcenter Complex on November 27.
