MATISSE PRESENTS “CÓMO DUELE”
Miami, FL (January 30, 2026) – Few artists connect as genuinely with their generation as Matisse, and in 2026, the trio—Pablo Preciado, Román Torres, and Melissa Robles—is set to deliver an unforgettable year. They prove it with “Cómo Duele,” their new and irresistible ballad, which confirms the group’s outstanding lyrical depth and musical maturity.
This new release showcases Matisse at their very best and reaffirms their status as truly exceptional songwriters. “Cómo Duele” further solidifies the trio as authentic creators of deeply emotional songs, driven by a melody that instantly captivates.
With a strong pop sensibility, the track—featured on Spotify’s Sólo Pop playlist—highlights Matisse’s warm vocals with raw, absolute sensitivity. The result is a ballad made for those moments when you try to forget but simply can’t: “Cómo Duele” is a song that heals and offers comfort when we need it most.
As Melissa Robles shared via TikTok, the song is the result of a creative exercise imagining how Matisse might sound alongside the legendary Mexican rock band Maná. “Without a doubt, Pablo, Román, and I are children of Maná in some way—they helped shape who we are.”
Recently, Matisse also confirmed their return to one of the country’s most iconic venues: the Auditorio Nacional. On March 6, 2026, they will take the stage at the Coloso de Reforma once again, where fans will be able to hear “Cómo Duele” live and sing along at the top of their lungs to the band’s biggest hits.

April 25 – Auditorio Banamex – Monterrey
Following the buzz around singles such as “¿Qué Esperabas?,” “Aplauso,” “Martes,” and the ballad with Cristian Castro, “Conmigo Sin Ti,” which currently holds the #1 spot on Pop radio nationwide, Matisse continues to add standout chapters to a career that is as successful as it is inspiring.
“Thank you for making us part of your year and for being there for every release, every show, and everything we come up with. We’re incredibly excited about 2026. What a thrill to keep walking this path with you,” Matisse shared with their fans as they close out 2025 and gear up to start the new year strong.
