Miami, FL (April 24, 2025) – Ximena Sariñana’s music has always been considered avant-garde and disruptive, and her new EP ‘Rompe’ is yet another example of her essence. It brings together four songs that highlight the unique style of the artist from Guadalajara, who isn’t afraid to break the mold through her sound.
‘Rompe’ will include the unreleased tracks “Nada,” “Fiesta en mi habitación,” and leading the release, “Rompe,” which will arrive accompanied by a visualizer featuring footage from the intimate showcase where Ximena Sariñana first presented this production live.
These new songs will join the success of “Chispa roja,” a track released at the end of last year that has already amassed over 1.3 million streams across platforms.
“Rompe is an explosion in every sense: lyrics that confess who I am and what I think without shame, and sounds that represent how I always dreamed of sounding; embraced by my friends who helped me get here: Juan Pablo Vega, Mike, and Gio as producers and writers, and Nate Campany, Marcus Andersson, and Chris Lyon on the songwriting side. Plus, all of this comes from a place that connects me with my childhood and my love for music, which is El Desierto. ‘Rompe’ is the second EP in this trilogy—an active, red-hot volcano, embracing chaos and destruction,” shared the singer about this release.
The EP arrives in the middle of the Rompe US Tour, an ambitious tour that kicked off in California with powerful shows in San Francisco and Pomona, and will hit Los Angeles this Friday. Throughout this journey, Ximena Sariñana will visit 13 more cities across the United States.
On the Rompe US Tour, the singer-songwriter will showcase the best of her music, including the tracks from Rompe and the hits that have become cornerstones of her career. During this run, Lulú Bulos, Ximena’s keyboardist, will open the shows with her own independent musical project.
The release of ‘Rompe,’ now available on streaming platforms, along with the Rompe US Tour, add to what has already been an incredibly successful year for Ximena Sariñana, with standout performances at some of the country’s biggest music festivals, such as Vive Latino and Tecate Pa’l Norte.
With this release, the singer further solidifies her position as one of the most influential female voices in contemporary Spanish-language music.
