Miami, FL (October 25, 2025) — Alejandro Fernández is on track to close out 2025 with remarkable success. Following an impressive U.S. tour with every date sold out and his historic concert at Estadio GNP Seguros before 60,000 fans, the artist returned to Colombia to deliver four shows as part of his De Rey a Rey tour.
As with every stop of this heartfelt tribute, Alejandro gave voice to timeless classics such as “No me sé rajar,” “Lástima que seas ajena,” “Mujeres divinas,” “Volver, volver,” and “El rey.” These melodies have not only accompanied generations but have also become a profound reflection of the Mexican soul-songs that Colombia has embraced as its own, honoring two legendary figures of the ranchera genre: Alejandro and Vicente Fernández.
The musical journey also featured songs like “Hoy tengo ganas de ti,” “Me dediqué a perderte,” “Mátalas,” and “Como quien pierde una estrella,” along with his latest hits, “Me está doliendo,” “Caballero,” and “Felicidades.” Together, they reaffirm that his voice remains vibrant, renewed, and deeply connected to the hearts of his audience wherever he performs around the world.

One of the most emotional and meaningful moments came when Alejandro introduced his daughter, Camila Fernández, with whom he performed “Fue un placer conocerte” and “Siempre estoy pensando en ti.” Visibly moved, Camila thanked her father for the opportunity to once again share the stage with him and to present her musical project in Colombia, as she will also be the opening act for the upcoming shows.
Throughout the more than two-hour concert, Alejandro kept the audience’s spirits soaring, with applause and cheers growing louder with each song. It was a magical night where the tradition and legacy of ranchera music came to life on stage. Alejandro Fernández bid farewell visibly emotional and overjoyed to share his music with his Colombian fans, who enjoyed a top-tier production that proudly elevated the name of Mexico.
“De Rey a Rey” has been one of the most significant shows of the year, a performance filled with nostalgia, love, and respect for the figure who shaped the life of Alejandro Fernández and that of millions of fans around the world.
His success is also reflected across charts and digital platforms: Alejandro is the first artist to achieve #1 albums in four consecutive decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s). Since 2020, he has earned thirteen No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Regional Mexican chart, setting a record as the solo artist with the most achievements of the decade. In addition, he garners 900 million annual streams on Spotify, is part of Pandora’s Billionaires Program, and has amassed over 8 billion views on YouTube, solidifying his global reach.
More than just a tribute, De Rey a Rey represents the artistic evolution of Alejandro Fernández, an artist who has mastered both pop and regional Mexican music. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with over 35 international artists, including Maná, Carín León, Juan Gabriel, Julio Iglesias, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Plácido Domingo, Rod Stewart, and Alejandro Sanz.

Recognized with four Latin GRAMMY Awards, including ‘Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album’ in 2024 for ‘Te Llevo en la Sangre,’ his seventeenth studio album, Alejandro also holds a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is a member of the Billboard Hall of Fame, and has received the Icon Award from the Latin American Music Awards, among many other honors.
With De Rey a Rey, Alejandro Fernández not only pays tribute to his father’s immortal legacy but also reaffirms his own place as one of the most powerful and beloved voices in Mexican music. Each concert becomes a celebration of tradition, family, and cultural pride, values that have defined his career for more than three decades, solidifying El Potrillo as a true ambassador of Mexico to the world.
